Lori Holmes has been a Long Islander for most of her life, except for a 10 year relocation to Southern California.   She began her real estate career while in high school. Her uncle, Ralph V. Quinton, then Mayor of Greenport, was the Owner/Broker of Quinton Realty in Riverhead.   After school, she assisted her Uncle Ralph and Aunt Loretta, learning from an early age the real estate industry on Long Island.   During college in San Diego, California, Lori worked for a major real estate developer, Penasquitos, Inc.   As a developer of many master-planned communities in San Diego County, Lori was involved with builders, engineers, architects and local political leaders and knows what it takes to get the job done. Lori, along with husband Dave, offer a unique service to their clients and customers. As The Holmes Team NY, two heads are always better than one, and they are ready to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
