Selling ones home, where so many memories have been made, is not always easy. I believe when I list someone's home it is my responsibility to price it based on the most current market conditions and to guide the homeowners through the process of selling their home from start to finish with the least amount of stress to them. When working with buyers I feel a strong sense of responsibility as well. After all, our homes are usually our largest purchase and it takes time and patience to find the perfect home.
