While LINKS has many buyers already looking for homes, the most effective marketing tool to get your house out to as many potential buyers as expeditiously as possible, is via the Internet and the Multiple Listing Service. Other agencies may entice you to list as a "private" or "exclusive" but this only benefits the listing broker and limits the exposure to the vast majority of buyers who search on multiple listings. At LINKS we are looking out for your best interest not our own.  While this may be an acceptable strategy when there are many buyers and fewer homes available, that is not the case at this time. With the current market conditions, LINKS encourages sellers to let us work with a multiple listing agreement, rather than limit the marketing of your house as a private or exclusive listing reaching a smaller percentage of buyers. LINKS will do an extensive amount of advertising and will also connect with other agents who may be working with qualified buyers currently searching for a property with the features similar to those in your house.
