 First impressions when your house comes on the market are critical.  Getting your home ready for sale is an important step. This is the time to make sure that while your home is still very livable and inviting. Try to de-clutter as much as possible as it will make your house appear larger and more spacious. It is also easier for someone to envision themselves and their own furnishings in the space if there are not too many distractions to the eye.  Now is the time to address any minor repairs you may have neglected.
